Nihongo Jobsの求人ボードをご利用頂き、ありがとうございます。求人広告を掲載されるお客様向けに、最近2つの更新が行われました。

1) 米国での就労許可に関する（任意の）質問については、3つの選択肢があります：

• 応募者は、米国で就労する法的資格を有している必要があります
• 雇用主は、米国での就労資格の取得を支援する可能性があります
• OPT候補者は歓迎です

2) 職務内容を貼り付ける説明欄が以下の通り更新されました：

注：政府のセキュリティクリアランス要件がない場合、次の表現を含めることは出来ません：「米国市民でなければならない」「米国市民またはグリーンカード保持者に限る」または「H-1Bビザ保持者および学生（OPT/CPT）に限る」。また、「ネイティブ英語（または日本語）話者に限る」といった表現も含まれてはいけません。詳細はhttps://www.justice.gov/crt/best-practices-recruiting-and-hiring-workersをご参照ください。

Important Job Board Updates

Thank you, as always, for using the Nihongo Jobs job board! There have been two recent updates for customers who post a job ad.

1) There are now 3 choices when it comes to the optional question of US work authorization:

• Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Employers may possibly support with US work authorization
• OPT candidates welcome

2) The description where you can copy/paste your job description has been updated as follows:

Note: Unless there is a government security clearance requirement, you may not include phrases like “must be a US citizen,” “US citizens or green card holders only” or “limited to H-1Bs and students (OPT/CPT).” Also, you may not include phrases such as “native English (or Japanese) speakers only.” Please refer to https://www.justice.gov/crt/best-practices-recruiting-and-hiring-workers.
