オンライン検索結果に関する嬉しいニュース 🏆

求人ボードのSEO（検索エンジン最適化）対策に取り組んでおり、その結果はすでに期待できるものとなっています！

どの検索エンジン（GoogleやDuckDuckGo）を使用するかにもよりますが、Nihongo Jobsは上位に表示され、時には他の求人サイトの広告の後に最初に表示されることもあります！

これは、より多くの求職者が弊社の求人ボードと御社の求人広告を見つけ、2万人のフォロワーより多くの人々に拡大することを意味とします。まだSEOの宿題が残っていますが、終わりましたらこれより良い結果が出されるでしょうと思われます。

Exciting news about online search results 🏆

I’ve been hard at work on improving the SEO (search engine optimization) of the Nihongo Jobs job board, and already the results are very promising!

Depending on which search engine you use (ie. Google, DuckDuckGo) you will see that Nihongo Jobs is showing higher at the top, sometimes even the first after other job boards’ advertisements!

This means that more job seekers are finding my job board and your job ads, expanding the audience from my 20,000 followers to more people. I have more homework to do here, but the above graphic shows a bit of the results so far 😊

最近のNihongo Jobsの更新は以下の通りです：

• 求職者のため：検索機能の向上、メールによる求人通知機能の向上、広告の99%にロゴを掲載、求人広告の質の向上（現在2,658件）。最近求人ボードをご覧になっていない方は是非ご覧ください！
• 求人企業のため：以前は、企業ごとに会社概要ページが用意されていましたが、求職者はあまり利用しておらず、余計なデータを入力する手間がかかっていました。現在は、企業名とURLの入力のみをお願いすることで、求人広告の掲載プロセスを短縮しています。ご参考のため、企業マスターリストはこちらです。

4月の計画には、ウェブサイトのシンプルな再設計、求職者のための検索機能と求人検索ランディングページの改善、そして技術的なSEOのさらなる改善が含まれています。

Job board improvements and April goals

Recent updates to Nihongo Jobs include:

• For job seekers: improved search capabilities, improved email job alerts, logos on 99% of ads, and better quality job ads (2,658 ads today). Take a look if you haven't seen the job board lately!
• For employers/recruiters: In the past, each company would have their own company profile page, but job seekers weren't really using it and it was extra data that took time for you to complete. Now I’ve shortened the job ad posting process by requesting only a company name and URL. View the master list of companies here.

April plans include a website redesign/refresh, improved search function and job search landing pages for job seekers, and more improved technical SEO. I can’t wait to share my update next month!

ミシガン州のジョブ・フェアは素晴らしいものでした。合計で23社、230人の参加者が来ました。総領事館がフェイスブックでこの情報をシェアしましたかので、写真を見ることが出来ます。

来年の日程は2026年2月5日であり、ミシガン州のノバイ・シビック・センターで開催されることが決定していますので、是非カレンダーにお入れください。開催が近づきましたら、弊社のメルマガでお知らせします。

Review: Japanese Job Fair in Michigan

The Michigan Japanese Job fair was incredible. In total there were 23 companies and 230 attendees, and you can see how our Consulate shared this information on their Facebook page.

Next year’s date is confirmed for February 5, 2026 at the Novi Civic Center in Michigan, so please add this date to your calendar! There will be announcements in this newsletter as we get closer to the event.
